How it started

After an international career in senior talent management roles for companies such as Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals and Yahoo!, James co-founded and successfully grew several of his own companies, including Strengthscope®, a global talent assessment and consulting company engaged by companies like Astra Zeneca, Channel4, Legal and General, Novartis Pharma, PhotoBox, Sainsbury’s, Siemens, Tesco and many others to improve their performance and culture.

During the past two decades, James has dedicated his career to helping leaders and teams achieve peak performance, accelerate innovation and build positive, vibrant cultures. By communicating a clear, engaging purpose and amplifying peoples’ strengths, solutions and shared learning, leaders can help people find meaning in their work and unlock their full commitment, motivation and performance.

Our leadership facilitators are engaging, passionate and impactful. To be considered, you will need:

  • Relevant industry experience, ideally from innovative sectors such as Tech, Digital, Media, Advertising and Life Sciences
  • A recognized training or facilitation qualification
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to be engaging and impactful
  • Degree-level qualification in psychology or business
  • Successful track record in leadership development and facilitation
  • A passion for learning and self-improvement
  • International experience will be an advantage

Leadership Coaches

Location: UK and Europe
Our executive and leadership coaches are commercially savvy, passionate about leadership and skilled at bringing out the very best in their clients and their organizations. To be considered, you will need:

  • Relevant industry experience, ideally from innovative sectors such as Tech, Digital, Media, Advertising and Life Sciences
  • A recognized coaching qualification and a track record of at least 5 years coaching at senior levels (executive and Board experience will be a distinct advantage)
  • Experience in management and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Degree-level qualification in psychology or business
  • Successful track record in coaching executives, leaders and managers
  • International experience will be an advantage
tech talent trainers - About-tech-talent-solutions

Business Development Executive

Location: UK and Europe
Lead the company’s outbound and inbound sales activities to help achieve the company’s sales and growth targets.

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years in telesales, recruitment or customer service, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Degree-level qualification (business studies or psychology preferable)
  • Results-driven person willing to persevere to achieve targets
  • Strong initiative with a passion for finding & closing opportunities
  • Exceptional relationship skills, including the confidence to deal with senior people
  • Strong empathy and curiosity to build high trust and strong partnerships with clients
