Who is the programme for?
The programme is right for any executive or leader who is responsible for the performance, people, and growth of a SME organization. Participants should also be self-motivated to grow and develop outside their comfort zone.
To ensure high quality, insightful dialogue, and strong learning communities, we limit class sizes to a maximum of 12 on all our open programmes.
What does the programme cover?
Our unique Aware-Act-Adapt-Achieve Learning Framework accelerates leaders’ effectiveness by enabling them to apply their learning to business challenges and exploit new opportunities.
The process is designed to bring about a step-change in leaders’ performance, motivation, and agility by developing:
Enhanced self-awareness of their strengths, performance risks and areas for improvement.
Leadership capabilities including leading with purpose, building and motivating thriving teams, influencing others, giving candid feedback, handling difficult conversations, coaching and delegation.
Self-management skills including time and energy management, resilience, emotional intelligence and mastering your mindset.
Improved business skills including sustainable business strategies, creative problem-solving, risk management and boosting innovation.
Change leadership capabilities including navigating and exploiting change, building employee and stakeholder commitment, creating agile learning cultures and tackling resistance to change.
Learning is delivered over a 9-month period and includes a Positive Leadership workshop/s and series of 2-hour Learning FuelUp™ sessions. Each FuelUp™ session covers a key leadership topic such as Influencing, Coaching & Delegation, Creative Problem-solving and Conscious Conversations.
During the programme, participants will undertake a business improvement project, applying what they have learned with the support of their peers and co-workers. Progress with this project, as well as their overall learning and development road-map, will be presented in the closing stage of the programme.
Personalized coaching from our specialist coaches and peer coaching groups provide participants with practical support and added stretch to implement and sustain what they’ve learned.
At the end of the programme, participants will receive comprehensive feedback on their leadership effectiveness and business project from fellow participants and the programme leader.
