James Brook, your executive coach, has over 25 years’ experience working with some of the world’s most successful businesses to help them transform their people strategy and results. Before moving into consulting, he held various HR and talent leadership roles around the world for well-known businesses, including Yahoo! and Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals. He is also a successful entrepreneur, having founded and led a number of HR Tech and talent consulting businesses, including Strengthscope, now a leading global strengths assessment company, and more recently, TalentPredix. James is an accomplished author and speaker on leadership, executive coaching, innovative talent management, and the future of work.

What we’ll cover

Your coaching program is customized to your unique needs and challenges, identified during the initial discovery session with James. It typically covers the following:

People, leadership & talent strategy: What people strategy, leadership and talent are required by your business to deliver its purpose and goals? How will you futureproof your strategy in this fast-changing and volatile era we are in?

Executive and stakeholder buy in: Who needs to support the strategy, what roles will they play and how can you gain their commitment?

Processes and solutions: What processes, solutions and tools are needed to deliver your strategy?

Technology: How can digital technology be used to accelerate and streamline your processes and outcomes? How can you select the most appropriate tech?

Measuring outcomes: How can you track and measure progress and outcomes?

Capabilities of a great people and talent leader: What capabilities and skills do you need to effectively lead the people and talent team and function? What will you need to learn and adapt to ensure you are ready for the new digital age?

The program will provide you with the expertise, skills, tools and confidence to improve your leadership, agility and outcomes. It will also ensure you have a focused plan for how to move forward in a way that will deliver strong results for your business.

How do I sign up?

James only works with a handful of people and talent leaders at any given time.
During an initial discovery meeting he will explore your needs, context, challenges, priorities, gaps and aspirations. He will also provide more details about the programme and answer any questions you may have.
If you decide to go ahead, James will arrange a series of 3 or 6 online coaching sessions with you, each lasting 90-minutes. There will be opportunities for practice and self-managed learning in-between sessions.
Additional sessions can be arranged after completing the initial programme.
