What does the program cover?

The process is designed to bring about a step-change in leaders’ performance, motivation, and agility by developing:

Learning is delivered over a 6-9-month period and includes a series of 2-3 hour face to face or virtual training sessions. Each session covers a key leadership topic such as Influencing, Coaching & Delegation, Creative Problem-solving and Building High-Performing Teams.

During the program, participants will undertake a business change project, applying what they have learned with the support of their peers and co-workers. Progress with this project, as well as their overall learning and development road-map, will be presented in the closing stage of the program.

Personalized coaching from our specialist coaches and peer coaching groups provide participants with practical support and added stretch to implement and sustain what they’ve learned.

At the end of the program, participants will receive comprehensive feedback on their leadership effectiveness and business project from fellow participants and the program leader.
